What makes you stand out is your passion for what your work means - coupled with your ability to listen to customers and respond with appropriate urgency.The Opportunity:The Health Economics Solutions Manager, (HES), utilize their evidence-based health economics expertise with IDN targeted accounts to provide solutions to customers' top health care challenges. The HES will focus on applying evidence-based prevention and treatment strategies for Molnlycke Health Care (MHC) product portfolio, with Wound Care and Surgical and Post-Acute divisions.The HES develops and supports the sales execution pull through, evidence-based health economic tool development and execution with targeted IDN facilities as a collaborative partner to both the Wound Care team, Surgical Team, and Post-Acute in conjunction with Strategic Accounts as managed by the Director, Health Economics. Additionally, the HES will coordinate with MHC in the development of key opinion leaders and professional relationships to utilize the evidence-based health outcomes protocols and health economic tools that influence change and accelerate the sales cycle with field sales.The HES will:* Partner with top account leadership and improved access* Implement and track specific solutions to improve the customer's financial position* Develop and design mutually beneficial solution / program to improve a customer's risk profile through Health Economic OutcomesThe HES will deliver on annual objectives that meet and exceed sales goals, while improving clinical and health economic outcomes, attributed to the CMS Value Based Programs (Readmissions, Hospital Acquired Conditions Reduction Program, Value Based Purchasing, and IMPACT Act (Post-Acute)). This strategic focus will assist in delivering successful large account management goals and objectives that the HES will have collaborative goals and accountability for.Key Accountabilities:Works in targeted accounts to support the Wound care, Surgical care and Post-Acute businesses in the development and delivery of the Health Economics message and Value Strategy to the C-suite and other high-level decision makers.Leads the pathway to engage executive level leaders at strategic accounts to improve access for MHC products and solutions.Partners with 10-20 targeted hospitals to demonstrate the clinical and economic impact of MHC product solutions and value-added services.Manages in-market delivery and support of HE budget impact models, value messaging, outcome validation reporting and the interpretation of the economic impact of MHC products.Accelerates the sales cycle by partnering with customers to validate the use of MHC solutions to ultimately win, grow and protect business.Works closely with multiple functional areas, including...
