The Opportunity | RF Test Engineer
Under general direction, the RF Test Engineer designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. They will prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products. They will also be responsible for planning the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
Major Accountabilities /Deliverables
Performs a wide variety of routine and semi-routine tasks related to the testing of raw materials, manufactured products or manufacturing processes.
Writes and designs test procedures.
Reviews and evaluates test failures, in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective action as appropriate.
Provides assistance in the areas of predictability, manufacturing processing, equipment and process improvement.
Post-secondary degree/diploma in business or supply chain management, or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in Test Engineering with RF products.
Oral and written communication skills with knowledge of MS Office.
Organization, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple opportunities and meet strict deadlines.
