Citizens Wealth Client Analyst in New York


Wealth Client Analyst Program: 3 Phases:

This is a one-year program which will provide 3 phases. Each Phase will include exposure to various Wealth Management organization:

  1. Understanding of products and services offered to Citizens clients

  2. Studying & obtaining required licenses (Series 6, Series 63, Series 65, Life and Health), attending new hire training where you will learn the Wealth sales process

  3. Utilize skills learned in phases 1 and 2 to engage potential clients on the wealth value proposition

    At the end of the one-year period and completion of the 3 Phases, you will be eligible to be considered for the Wealth Client Consultant role.

    The Wealth Client Analyst will be required to maintain compliance with all Citizens Financial Group policies and procedures, as well as, regulatory and legal requirements

    Wealth Client Consultant:

    Wealth Client Consultants proactively identify and engage prospective and existing clients. Nurturing those relationships from the first contact and, in every follow-up, will uncover lending and investment opportunities. When talking with prospective clients, use discovery skills to identify client needs, with the goal of referring that client or business opportunity to the appropriate business partner(s).

    Phase 1: (August 2022- December 2022)

    Self-study remotely to obtain the necessary licenses in the first 5 months

    Actively participate in all development and learning opportunities completing required activities within the timeframes provided

    Phase 2: (January 2023- February 2023)

    Comprehensive 3-week training program that provides required skills and learning materials to deliver on the Citizens client experience

    Phase 3: (March 2023- July 2023)

    Shadow a Wealth Client Consultant to work with existing customers that are non-Citizens Securities Inc. clients. Deepen relationships to support client needs in achieving their financial goals.

    Comply with all financial policies and procedures, state and local laws and regulations

Minimum High School degree or GED required

2 years of sales and customer service experience

Strong listening and customer service skills

Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs

Commitment to building relationships through phone engagements

Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of goals

Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues

Ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration

Self-motivated, and ability manage a mixture of priorities

Core hours: Monday – Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM (ET)

If selected, candidates must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the required background checks
