What will you be doing?

We're looking for an Employer Brand Strategist to develop our marketing strategy, manage our key digital channels and ensure we're telling our most compelling story to prospective candidates. Some of the ways you'll do this are:

  • Defining our annual content strategy to guide the stories we tell across channels

  • Managing our careers site, including creating an annual roadmap of updates, enhancing content on a regular basis, and managing the development of blog content

  • Co-managing our Instagram channel with the social media team

  • Working with internal and external partners to develop content for use across our careers site, job boards, social media channels and candidate communications

  • Partnering with other employer brand team members to develop paid social media campaigns across US, EMEA and APAC

  • Looking holistically at our candidate journey and improving key candidate touchpoints to ensure a positive candidate experience that delivers on our employer value proposition

Who are we looking for?

  • 7+ years of experience in an employer brand, strategy or marketing role

  • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies that target multiple audiences and geographies

  • A proven track record of developing compelling digital marketing content, and a passion for doing so

  • Ability to manage external vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables are on strategy, on brand, on time and on budget

  • Extreme attention to detail; holds internal and external partners to the same high standards

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Expressed interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing, and an understanding of the value of this function at a company

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or related professional experience
