Job Overview:
The Customer Advocacy Online Review Associate’s role requires someone that will primarily respond to various customer reviews on public websites, public forums, emails as well as B&H Customer Surveys. They will require the skills to efficiently analyze customer feedback, correspond with customers via email and or telephone as required, and partner with various business departments to ensure resolution / customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring and response to customers on various public websites, public forums, and customer emails.
Escalate reviews that do not meet guidelines to the public platform (i.e., spam, fake review, fraudulent behavior, misuse, defamatory content).
Research customer issues and correspond online and telephone as required to provide a solution and follow-up as needed.
Manage B&H Customer Surveys as assigned.
Assist in documenting operational processes.
Identify trends in the feedback and recommend solutions to help resolve business issues to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Escalate any concerns or issues to the appropriate manager / supervisor when required.
Support efforts to improve the process and function of the department.
