PRODUCT MANAGER, COVID TESTING
Mobile Health is looking for immediate assistance from an experienced Product Manager to lead Mobile Health’s COVID testing initiatives across the organization.
Mobile Health has been providing COVID testing for almost a year and wants to remain relevant within the newly formed and constantly changing industry. While COVID testing might not be a “forever product,” we believe that testing will be with us through 2021 and will have a place for years to come. We are committed to being at the forefront of testing for organizations, schools, camps, employers, and other B2B verticals.
This Product Manager will be responsible for driving Mobile Health’s “COVID Testing 2.0” initiative. Reporting to the CEO, the Product Manager will ultimately be responsible for taking the CEO’s vision and implementing it.
The leader will work with each department’s stakeholders to implement new testing products & services, provide direction and thought leadership for sales and marketing for the new product and services for success, and everything in between. The leader will drive rapid project implementation, ensuring that all stakeholders’ perspectives are considered (e.g. clients, patients, laboratories, employees, regulatory bodies).
More specifically, the Product Manager will work with the following departments to, at a minimum, achieve the following goals:
Analyze today’s testing options to determine competitiveness.
Create new announcements and messages to promote new services.
Repackage Mobile Health’s COVID testing offerings to become more consultative.
Identify new partner laboratories in strategic geographic areas.
Develop appropriate staffing models for different COVID testing options Develop new training. for front line staff, customer services, and Account Managers.
Ensuring systems and resources are committed to support high levels of customer service and support.
Determine how Mobile Health can differentiate itself from other testing providers using technology.
Ensure Mobile Health’s COVID systems support all new COVID testing services.
Develop training to support the sales team.
Working with legal, revise contracts, terms, etc.
Assist with the creation of competitive pricing models.
- Ensure systems are in place for timely and accurate billing.
The ideal candidate is a leader with proven experience driving complex initiatives across an organization. Experience in health care is not required, but preferred. Familiarity with COVID testing is a significant advantage.

This position is remote with travel as needed.
