DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Manage the Regulatory, Capital, Liquidity & Risk product agenda for cross-asset Futures & Derivatives Clearing (F&DC) Business, which covers fixed income, equities, commodities, foreign exchange, and credit derivatives. Engineer and execute the F&DC product strategy, performing program and project management of large and complex initiatives, and engaging with Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, Sales, Client Service, Corporate Finance, and Risk teams to deliver and implement priority books of work. Define the business strategy by interpreting regulatory documents to understand the regulatory, capital, risk, and liquidity obligations that apply to the global business, and identify opportunities to enhance client-facing capabilities, improve overall efficiency and find/execute on cost saving opportunities. Liaise with external regulators and industry bodies, respond to regulatory consultations, and provide feedback to seek clarity and/or to shape the capital and regulatory landscape for Clearing firms. Partner with and influence colleagues to ensure interpretations and business strategy is accurate, cohesive, and aligns with firm-wide approaches and policies, resulting in defined business requirements that are later translated into financial product and project requirements, with clear business and client impacts across multiple jurisdictions within Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Provide employee guidance, feedback, supervision, support, and workload allocation to direct reports and to the wider project group supporting the program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in any field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product development, project management, program management, or client service within the financial services industry; or a related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: project or program management; derivatives; financial markets; regulatory frameworks that govern Futures and Derivatives Clearing including CFTC, SEC, and EMIR; financial reporting requirements including Basel and Standardized Approach to Counterparty Credit Risk (SA-CCR); Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR); Peak Exposure; Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR); MS Powerpoint; and liaising with senior internal, regulatory, & client stakeholders.

Full-Time. Salary: $190,000 - $350,000 per year.
