EMPLOYER NAME:Addepar, Inc.POSITION LOCATION:New York, NYPOSITION AVAILABLE:Product DesignerMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics Technology, or a related field, plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related position.DESCRIPTION: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders through all stages of the design process and product development lifecycle to build out thoughtful and scalable products. Lead all design aspects of a project from start to finish with well-articulated design rationale and high-quality deliverables. Communicate design directions and details effectively. Conduct agile research to gain deep understanding of the problem space and empathy in user needs through both qualitative and quantitative methods. Identify opportunities to simplify complexity and create self-service workflows. Advocate for users and influence high-level product decisions, prioritization, strategies, and roadmaps with user-centered mindset. Partner with the User Interface team to ensure the work is aligned with the company’s design system global access standards.SKILLS REQUIRED:•1 year of experience with rapid wireframing and interactive prototyping, using Figma.•1 year of experience with end-to-end user journey mapping and storyboarding, gaining user feedback through iterative testing to inform designs and share with stakeholders.•1 year of experience conducting user research and synthesis through Miro.•1 year of experience working with engineering and project stakeholders to take the designs through various stages of Quality Assurance checks and the implementation process.•1 year of experience creating new UI patterns and expanding the existing design system.•Telecommuting from anywhere in the United States is allowed.RATE OF PAY: $117,000 to $175,000 per year CONTACT: Please send resume to Addepar, Inc. at careers2@addepar.com.
