Your Role and Responsibilities

The manager of Corporate Accounting Consolidation will lead the U.S. headquarters (HQ) team responsible for the accounting, analysis and reporting of the companies consolidated results. This includes the creation, review and input to the Company's earnings releases, earnings materials, press releases and any SEC disclosures or filings. Your role will require that you and your team collaborate with teams across the company including Financing, Planning, Treasury, Accounting, Investor relations and Legal, among others. Your role will require you to have knowledge of all aspects of the consolidation process for the company and the mechanics and methodology for our monthly close.

You will be required to guide your team through complex topics ranging from balance sheet, income statement and cash flows complexities to the transition and data flows from spin-off and prior period reporting along with filings and disclosures that are unique to new SEC registrants.

Candidates should be a CPA and/or CMA and have a minimum of 10 to 12+ years of accounting expertise including leadership roles. Preferred experience in SEC reporting, consolidation operations and analysis and technical application of US GAAP to complex transactions.

Must be a strong leader able to manage highly skilled individuals. Collaboration in this role is a must. The candidate must be able to work across functions Financing, Planning, Treasury, Accounting, Investor relations. The candidate must also be able to distill multiple views and provide recommendations to senior leadership in solving complex issues. You must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and support senior executives on data analysis and technical topics in a timely fashion.

The candidate must be able to collaborate with influence and must be well versed in the technical requirement for accounting and disclosure with both US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum of 10-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.

  • CPA and/or CMA.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Deep expertise of application of accounting frameworks (US GAAP and SEC external reporting S-K and S-X).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Prefer experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms.

  • Prefer Master's in Accounting and/or Finance.
