J.P. Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS") helps clients, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers, access new markets by structuring accounts and optimizing the amount of liquidity needed to run their businesses. L&AS provides advanced solutions which combine physical, notional and virtual techniques to achieve visibility and control of working capital. Our product set operates globally in real-time to support complex companies as they manage liquidity across legal entities, geographies, currencies and time-zones.

Position: Vice President position reporting direct to the Managing Director supporting the development and integration of business solutions with Liquidity & Account Solutions. The role requires the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues across lines of business (including Corporate Investment Bank, Commercial Bank and Asset Management), Product Management, Product Development, Technology, Operations, Implementations and Client Service globally, as well as Corporate Treasury and CIB Treasury. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and maintenance of an operating framework to facilitate engagement and partnerships on current and new products and other strategic initiatives

  • Monitor industry and market trends, evolving client needs and competitive and regulatory landscape, and help assess impact on L&AS and our clients

  • Identify solution opportunities, develop plans and help drive product development and integration initiatives globally in partnership with Product Management and Product Development as well as Corporate Treasury. Initiatives often involve leading-edge innovations and non-traditional client solutions requiring the team to find creative ways to deliver and integrate into L&AS products

  • Perform analyses and create presentations to support review and development of liquidity stress assumptions that are relevant to L&AS, in partnership with Corporate Treasury and CIB Treasury

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in Product Management and/or Operations management

  • Self-starter that is able to take on deliverables and develop a strategy for completion and buy-in by senior management and partners.

  • Inquisitive nature with advanced problem solving and critical thinking capabilities

  • Able to apply industry experience to problem solving in the world of Liquidity solutions.

  • Demonstrate creativity and forward thinking mindset, with ability to incorporate changing factors as required

  • Good presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills required, with the ability to communicate effectively and develop ongoing relationships with partners across J.P. Morgan

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and attention to detail are required

  • Be organized, self-motivated and able to work in collaborative team environment
