Fairstead Executive Assistant in New York, New York

Requirements

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings

  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications

  • Answer and manage incoming calls

  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels

  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary

  • Opening, sorting, and distributing correspondence, including email, faxes, and mail

  • Help with maintaining inventory and office supplies

  • Help with ensuring operation of office equipment, order maintenance when necessary. Troubleshoot malfunction of office equipment

  • Prepare checks and documents for signature and review

  • Maintain and help prioritize to-do list of Executive

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience providing support at executive level

  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite

  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree
