JOB OVERVIEW
The Engagement Director engenders both anthropological and psychological skills sets enabling the ideal candidate to translate cultural and technological trends into meaningful strategic and tactical recommendations for brands in the health/wellness space.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Research
Perform research
Channel Selection & Audience media preference
Help to figure out how/why/where potential customers get their information
Brand Planning
Conduct insight mining and literature reviews, take part in market research, provide input into discussion guides, draw conclusions from information obtained
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marry strategic and creative aptitude in order to create meaningful, memorable and measurably impactful engagement strategies for health/wellness brands.
Serve as a communications expert with deep insight into the value (and limitations) of both on and offline channels.
Work as part of an integrated planning department, comprised of medical directors, strategic planners, health educators and multichannel planners.
Envision and help lead department of award-winning, share-moving integrated brand experiences.
Plan and conduct workshops to develop groundbreaking strategies and programs with clients
Able to meet with clients and distill challenges into agency deliverables
Qualifications EDUCATION DEGREE/DIPLOMA AREA OF STUDY REQUIRED/PREFERRED Bachelors Bachelors Marketing, Strategic Planning, Psychology, Copywriting or Sociology
