GENERAL FUNCTION

The Manager of Store Excellence Operations and Analysis will be a key member of the Store Excellence Team focused on P&P and Business Analysis. This role will be responsible for providing expertise in both operational processes and reporting/analysis. Additionally, this position will serve as the key point of contact for processes, procedures, data, and reporting for the team and key stakeholders.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Optimize processes and procedures for the Store Excellence Team

  • Organize, consolidate, and analyze store data

  • Present analyzed data in way that is actionable and facilitates planning

  • Support the creation and implementation of new reporting, tools, processes, and “ways of working”

  • Build cross-functional collaborative relationships with corporate, field, and vendor partners to proactively evolve processes

  • Innovate and implement processes and procedures for the Store Excellence function

  • Build, analyze and distribute standardized reporting

  • Build and leverage strong cross functional partnerships to encourage broad alignment and adoption of Store Excellence objectives

  • Establish processes and tools to efficiently analyze effectiveness, and track feedback to generate improvements in the future

  • Escalate all concerns swiftly to appropriate cross-functional partners and establish high level of accountability by each owner for timely resolution.

  • Manage responsibilities in maintaining store database

  • Identify and escalate both positive and negative trends to ensure quick and appropriate action is taken

  • Partner with the Sr. Managers of Store Excellence to help ensure effective deployment of the team

  • Collects and consolidates store operations P&P for all retail brands

  • Build and foster collaborative relationships with field and Corporate

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years increasing responsibility in store operations role and/or retail store management

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Superior communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively

  • Ability to navigate and make decisions without clear direction

  • Proven ability to convert data into plans

  • Organized-driven leader, able to act independently, and capable of switching rapidly between different projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
