The U.S. Funds business sits within J.P. Morgan Asset Management and provides retail clients with investment solutions (J.P. Morgan mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, sub-advised accounts and 529 college-savings plans) through financial intermediaries (wealth management firms, independent broker/dealers, retirement platforms, banks and institutional clearing platforms).
We are seeking a cutting-edge marketing professional who can enhance our email marketing strategy among prospects. This role requires email marketing expertise and marketing generalist competencies. The ideal candidate is highly-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, organized and passionate.
Define and drive end-to-end email marketing strategy for Americas Marketing organization, with distribution of +17MM emails annually
Work closely with marketing stakeholders on audience segmentation and messaging based customer action, with a focus on digital acquisition among prospects
Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams on the role of email as part of the full marketing funnel; understand how email can work most effectively with other marketing channels
Drive strategy to enhance and expand automated email journeys
Analyze and implement best practice protocols to guide email transformation for business
Continually test, measure and optimize email marketing campaigns
Manage end-to-end tracking and analytics of email marketing campaigns; draw conclusions from data and identify areas of opportunity and growth
Partner with Analytics team to deliver reporting and insights that accurately measure the performance of campaigns
Identify and manage initiatives that enable customized email marketing experiences that are scalable, drive efficiencies and improve speed-to-market
Work closely with stakeholders to execute on marketing programs designed for key platforms and firms to deliver against business sales and AUM goals
Data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills and the ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns
Experience with CRM, data analytics and marketing automation systems (Datorama, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, WorkFront, Aventri, or other marketing tools)
Risk and control-the ability to identify potential risks and apply appropriate controls to mitigate them
Project management-excellent attention to detail, solid organizational skills and the ability to manage project teams to a timeline while accurately managing large volumes of information
Capacity to multi-task-the ability to pivot constantly and efficiently from one initiative to another in a fast-paced environment; keen sense of prioritization
Communication ability-excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to report findings to all levels of the organization
The ability to develop credibility and trust through consistent delivery of quality outcomes across a matrix within and beyond Marketing
Natural storyteller that understands the full customer journey and believes the best marketing delivers value and inspires action
A hands-on, "can do" attitude, and a drive for outcome focused performance
Proven ability to function as part of collaborate team, drive initiatives, and creatively problem solve
Have ability to identify, analyze and solve ambiguous problems with extreme attention to detail
8+ years' marketing experience
Consumer marketing background a plus
