To learn more about who we are at Point32Health, click here.Job SummaryAs part of Commercial Analytics and Reporting team, this position enables ongoing process improvement, delivery, and implementation of Commercial initiatives (e.g. Sales and Broker Commissions, Migration) under limited general direction. The role will drive action through planning, data analysis and strategy, technical solution, and business process review. Through a close collaboration with the Sales Leadership team and various business partners, the candidate will be required to work with abstract concepts in constantly changing environments and be able to pivot effectively between projects.Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doingAnalytics and ReportingIndependently document processes, create templates, prototypes to address complex Commercial business flows / needsExtrapolate data from various channels to unlock insights for story tellingIn-depth data modeling and actionable analytics to achieve measurable business outcomesIdentify KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of proposed business solutions.Continuously improve and refine data strategies on data sourcing and transformationEvaluate the financial viability of proposed business solutions, including cost-benefit assessments and budget management and monitor post-implementationConduct comprehensive research of software solutions to identify opportunities and areas to drive business growth and efficiencies related to the assigned projectBusiness Solution Strategy Development Act as liaison between the business and technical teams to translate requirements and business needsMake a recommendation for a business solution, based on analysis conductedCreate roadmaps to ensure business solutions are integrated into overall business strategy and operational workflowsParticipate in project management activities, including mitigation of risks and obstacles to assure the project delivers the expected valueDevelop user adoption strategies and training to increase data literacy and business solution engagementQualifications - what you need to perform the jobEDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferredEXPERIENCE: This role requires 3+ years of progressive experience, preferably in the health care / insurance industries. Strong data analytic skills, strategic mindset, project management experience, and data modeling preferred. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Outstanding analytic and data story telling skills with the ability to synthesize and organize large data for meaningful use and actionIntermediate EXCEL and SQL skillsAbility to utilize Alteryx or SAS Enterprise Guide for data sourcing and transformationAbility to work independently, take initiative and demonstrate good judgmentAttention to detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverablesStrong organizational skills and flexibilityStrong relationship building and interpersonal skillsBusiness acumen and strategic thinkingKnowledge of health insurance industry operations, systems and productsTechnical aptitude and ability to work with IT systems;Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with CRM systemsAppropriately handle confidential data and adhere to the corporate compliance policyCompensation & Total Rewards OverviewAs part of our comprehensive total rewards program, colleagues are also eligible for variable pay.
