CNH Industrial Human Resources College Co-op in New Holland, Pennsylvania

The Human Resources College Co-op will be based in New Holland, PA and will contribute as a member of the team supporting HR program and service delivery. This role reports directly to the HR Business Manager and provides administrative support and assists with a variety of projects aimed to address the talent strategies of a dynamic business.

  • Assist with the maintenance of employee lifecycle data in core HR systems

  • Ensure timely and clear communication within the business unit on HR policies, practices, and initiatives

  • Develop and maintain key talent reporting and metrics

  • Assist with the staffing process to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner with high quality candidates

  • Work on special projects including but not limited to the following areas: Organizational Design, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management

  • Encourage and build positive employee relations

  • Support New Holland employment engagement activities

  • Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree program and currently enrolled with a major in HR or a related area

  • Available to work up to 20 hours per week (some flexibility with days/hours each week) during school year and full-time during summer months (40 hours a week).

  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from facility

  • Must be a local candidae who can commute to and from New Holland, PA ( Relocation is not offered for this role)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be organized, able to multi-task, and prioritize work

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

  • Prior internship experience, in HR is a plus
