  • Implement all methods and processes to ensure ZERO fatality and serious injury for own employees and subcontractor’s employees working in the area.

  • Conduct induction safety training sessions for new employees and regular training on various safety processes to OTIS and Subcontractor’s employees.

  • To ensure 100% PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) distribution and usage.

  • Ensure monthly submission of EH&S report.

  • Conduct monthly RQC Review involving key executives / employees.

  • Create safety awareness through safety meets.

  • To conduct unannounced audits.

  • Ensure recognition and good safety behavior and initiate disciplinary action for safety violations.

  • Ensure prestart GO NO GO for sites.

  • Ensure that issues identified in the Risk Assessment (JHA) process are mitigated or controlled in accordance with assigned responsibilities and schedules.

  • Conduct safety investigation of all incidents and submit report.

  • To report and maintain record of all accidents for employees/sub-contractors/public persons and properties.

  • Conduct specialized training – hoisting training and certification.

  • Ensure retrofit completion by regular follow-up with respective departments.

  • Ensure safety communication program through safety meet, TBT throughout the year.

  • Conduct safety stand down day for all subcontractors employee, their owner for strengthening subcontractor management system.

  • Maintaining documents, MIS & Reporting of EH&S activity. Actively participate in Safety meetings and review issues and progress.
