Kforce Sitecore Developer in Nashville, Tennessee

Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Sitecore Developer for a contract to hire opportunity to join their team remotely.Responsibilities: * Sitecore Developer will assist with efforts for new development and new functionality for enterprise applications supported by Development * Help create and maintain application support documentation, including disaster recovery, user provisioning, application functionality and architecture * Participates in activities which improve departmental and organizational performance * Maintains and protects confidentiality with regard to all aspects of patient care * Adheres to Code of Conduct, Mission, and Values Statements * In this role, the Sitecore Developer maintains professional knowledge by attending educational workshops; Reviewing professional publications; participates in professional societies * Supports the implementation of projects and release work, including pilot training and initial field communication * Identifies impact to other solutions or projects, and works with other Product Analysts and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations * Provides operational support for applications, supporting the business and other IT areas by providing status and recommending solutions where there are system issues and coordinating resolution of issues with CSS and development * The Sitecore Developer helps coordinate and assist in prioritizing new enhancement requests through user story reviews * College degree in an associated field and/or other advanced certification along with significant experience * Recent Sitecore developer certification * Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns * Familiarity with SOLID principles and secure coding practices * Familiarity with content lifecycle * Understanding of web accessibility guidelines, web analytics, and SEO * Experience with Agile development processes * Experience managing DevOps processes * Understanding of cloud-native architecture, API-first development, and microservices * Experience working with a Headless CMS * Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with short turnaround delivery times * Proven ability to lead and mentor a medium to large team * Understands the business implications of technology decisions * Possess strong troubleshooting skills Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
