Description A well-respected Robert Half client is seeking a Recruiter to join the company for an interim opportunity.This contract position will be responsible for recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers on hiring best practices; as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans.

Your responsibilities

  • Help with onboarding new hires

  • Decide candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements

  • Manage department records and reports

  • Set up recruiting guidelines by studying organization plans and objectives and collaborating with managers on internal hiring needs

  • Work to increase attractiveness of the organization by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices Requirements

  • Organization and time-management skills

  • Should be detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and multi-tasking

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
