Saf-Holland, Inc. Business Analyst/SAP-Hybris Developer in Muskegon, Michigan

Summary of Job Duties: The Business Analyst/SAP-Hybris Developer acts as the lead e-commerce solution architect, gathering requirements around functionality and efficient operation of the website; designs and develops SAP Hybris-related (Commerce) solutions to support evolving system needs; creates technical documentation to outline steps and procedures; investigates the gaps of known requirements and collaborates with the global team to develop harmonization.

Qualifications Required:

Qualification 1: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field from a four-year college or university.

Qualification 2: 3+ years development experience.

Qualification 3: Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification 4: Expertise working with SAP-Hybris for eCommerce Platform. Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development and deployment methodologies. Hands-on knowledge of configuring, installing, and using Hybris with strong functional knowledge of the E-Commerce Domain.

Qualification 5: Hands-on experience with Hybris tools including Backoffice, Hybris Administration Console, and other cockpits. Proficient in Hybris foundational concepts with experience and knowledge of multichannel architecture, data modeling with Hybris, Data exchange, and integration. Hands-on experience or knowledge of the new functionality introduced in the latest versions, such as the rule engine, Promotion Engine,  Product Cockpit, Back-office framework, and Smart Edit. 

Qualification 6: Experience in performing all administrative functions within Hybris including maintaining list of parts, managing the process to push products from SAP to Hybris, set up and maintain categories, maintain product brand/super category tables, execute product brand/super category cron job, manage sub categories, maintain facet data, manage  images and documentation, approve products and sync to online catalog, manage inclusions and exclusions, manage accounts and set up new users, and manage access. 

Qualification 7: Requires superior communication and relationship skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business/technology periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, training manuals, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, system users, and customers. Ability to  prepare educational material and teach business/technology related material. Business fluent English.

Qualifications 8: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Qualification 9: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Travel Requirements: 10% travel required, including international.
