JOB TITLE: SERVICE INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE
Videojet Technologies is a global leader in product identification, providing innovative coding and marking solutions that helps consumers ensure product safety and improve their productivity.
WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
Forecast and achieve sales of service contracts month over month
Prepare & Mail service contract proposals 90 days prior to expiry of the contract/warranty period.
Make 1st call to customer within a week of sending the proposal to ensure it has reached to right person at customer end.
Send follow-up mail 2 months prior to expiry of the contract/warranty.
Call customer within 7 days of sending follow-up mail to discuss contract renewal or warranty conversion & to explain benefits of early renewal.
Follow-up with customer over the phone to finalize & close the contract with receipt of PO & payment. Escalate potential non- renewals well in advance so as to take further measures to conclude those contracts on time.
Focus on retaining customers through offering various types of contracts explaining advantages & limitations of each type.
Co-ordinate with customer in case of escalated issues related to printer/service performance
Co-ordinate & follow-up with IB Managers/FSE to resolve any customer dissatisfaction pertaining to printer performance/service quality issue & escalate the matter wherever required.
Build relationships with customer to ensure customer loyalty & hence minimize losses.

Your EDUCATION OR BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
Min 2 years of relevant experience
Education – Degree / Graduate in any discipline
Advantage of familiar with one regional language
Must have good communication skills & proficiency in English and Hindi
