Job Summary

Under general direction, assists with maintaining technology platform to assure technical and functional relevance to clients. The position provides a focal point for developing and communicating business process needs and user requirements to specify, select, design, enhance, report defects, and maintain programs within the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • . Utilizes research and client contact to develop technological solutions that are suited to the current and future needs of clients . Identifies the emerging trends in IT solutions, in order to better align the needs of clients with IT products and services

  • Uses customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings . Coordinate and facilitate analysis, evaluation and recommendation of new products/platforms or modifications to existing products/platforms as required to support client requirements . Work with various stakeholders to define, document and maintain the platform requirements . Assist with platform strategic direction; provide input on platform multi-year roadmaps to achieve long range strategic plans . Determine technology solutions to business problems and technology enablement opportunities . Identify and report on application development defects and assist the development team in resolving these defects

Management Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Technology, Computer Science or related field), preferred or equivalent experience

  • Typically 8 years' related experience

  • Relevant certifications preferred

  • Preferred Skills: . Strong client focus; ability to anticipate client needs . Group facilitation and white boarding capabilities . Strong writing skills - able to delineate concise and structured recommendations for total solutions as well as simplifying systems architecture . Ability to make complex systems simple and easy to understand . Problem solving skills . Ability to interface with diverse personalities

Minimum Qualifications
