What you'll bring

This position is intended for students in a graduate degree-seeking program to which they will return to their academic program at the end of the summer internship in 2022, with a graduation date of Spring 2023. #1 Customer Success Operations Summer Intern - About You:

  • Master's student preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and graduating no sooner than May 2023

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities. Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships

  • Strong written/verbal communication, analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal

  • Entrepreneurial drive and the drive to take on stretch goals in a fast paced and innovative environment

#2 Customer Success Capacity Planning Summer Intern - About You:

  • Master's student preferably in a quantitative field such as Business Administration, Data analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research and graduating no sooner than May 2023

  • Experience/Knowledge in optimization techniques such as linear programming

  • Knowledge of SQL, and Proficiency with SQL, excel is a plus

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities. Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships

  • Strong written/verbal communication, analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal

  • Entrepreneurial drive and the drive to take on stretch goals in a fast paced and innovative environment

How you will lead

#1 Customer Success Operations Summer Intern

As an intern in Customer Success Operations, you will be supporting Intuit experiences by monitoring contact center service level performance across a geographically diverse workforce, responding quickly to correct performance issues, and working tactically to deliver awesome results for our experts and customers. We are looking for an individual who will identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Specific responsibilities and projects will be assigned at the beginning of the internship and may include:

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to generate trends and insights customer success operations

  • Gather data from various sources and synthesizing it to identify opportunities

  • Conduct gap analysis and propose strategy for future state

  • Create standardized processes for consistent operational execution

  • Apply continuous improvement and key operations research principles and techniques

  • Effectively communicate the findings from data to leadership and key stakeholders

#2 Customer Success Capacity Planning Summer Intern

We’re the Capacity Planning team in Intuit’s Customer Success (ICS) organization. This team provides the operational platform to enable and support a two-sided marketplace for our customers to connect with product and domain experts. The mission of the team is to: envision and manage the Operations Capacity Planning, that make delivering delightful services at scale easy.

Specific responsibilities and projects will be assigned at the beginning of the internship and may include:

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to generate trends and insights for experts capacity planning

  • Gather data from various sources by writing SQL queries and through advanced excel modeling

  • Apply continuous improvement and key operations research principles and techniques to workforce planning area

  • Effectively communicate the findings from data to leadership and key stakeholders
