The assistant director is a key member of the Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry's leadership team comprised of Chairman, Directors, and other members of the Behavioral Medicine Service Line. Provides management support and coordination of all financial and operational matters to the Chairman and Director on a daily basis, which will routinely involve highly sensitive and confidential matters. Assists with managing key inpatient and/or outpatient operational areas of both Chestnut Ridge Center and United Summit Center including policy development, implementation, as well as oversight and review of correspondence and critical communications from Chair's Office as assigned. The assistant director is instrumental in front line communication with the Morgantown WVU Medicine Sites as well as United Summit Center sites across all 13 counties.
