Job Title: Mortgage Closing Specialist (Entry Level)

Job Description:

The Mortgage Closing Specialist is an entry-level role supporting various channels. As a Mortgage Closing Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks.

• Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, etc.).

• Review and validate loan documents.

• Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses.

• Monitor work queues and intervene as needed.

• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.

Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Preferred: Experience in financial services and, if possible, the mortgage industry

• General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00
