You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The WorkForce Software Functional Implementation Consultant will play an active role in leading the solution design of the WorkForce Software modules, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of the WorkForce solution.
As an experienced consultant on our team, you will provide direction and foster enablement within the practice in the WFS Time & Attendance and Scheduling capability, have a seat at the table in charting our strategy and approach in how we continue to build this practice, and work with other IBM practices such as SuccessFactors, Workday and Oracle HCM.
A Functional Implementation Consultant in this area will also be responsible for understanding, developing business process requirements and designing the different solution functionalities with clients that utilizes the WorkForce Software modules to support their business needs and guide them through best practices. The Functional Consultant will also be preparing and giving workshops, involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. They will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within the context of individual role. They will document requirements and act as a counsel to the Technical team members.
This role assists clients in the selection, solution designing, and training support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
A successful candidate can be based out of any city in Canada. While our consultants do get an opportunity to work remotely, some projects require our consultants to travel up to 4 days a week.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Several end-to-end Workforce implementations
Client facing experience
Workforce Software Time and Attendance Functional Implementation Certification
Willingness to travel up to 4 days a week (based on project requirements)
Solution Design Experience (With blueprints / Process Flow diagrams)
Great Communication Skills. (Oral and Written).
Logical and Technical mindset
Problem analysis and identifying root causes.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
WFS Advanced Scheduler Functional Implementation Certification
WFS F&S Functional Implementation Certification
WFS ACT Functional Implementation Certification
Experience in project management
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Cloud EC Payroll
Experience with Workday HCM
Experience with Oracle HCM
Previous employment in a Human Resources-related capacity; functional roles in Payroll are a strong plus
