These MA's will be covering any department within the facility (multiple specialty) , long term LOA's, CTH openings (36 - 40 hours per week). Primary job function will be to perform front office and back office duties for the various specialty practices. Front Office Duties: checking patients in, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, heavy phone volume, HIGH level of patient-care first customer service. Back Office Duties: Rooming patients, obtaining vitals, assisting in procedures, EMR charting of patient information, etc. Contractor will be expected to float between locations in South Orange County consisting of; Dana Point, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest and Mission Viejo. Majority of time they will be at the Mission Viejo location. They may be placed at one location covering an LOA and go permanent there, they may also need to float weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. CANDIDATE MUST BE FLEXIBLE. -Will be covering different specialties, will be covering front AND back duties as needed. -Must be comfortable around potential COVID patients. -Will be provided proper PPE. Mask, face shield, gloves, gowns, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1 plus years experience ; open to rockstars BLS / CPR certified through AHA Medical Assistant Certificate or Diploma EMR Experience MUST HAVE OPEN TO EXTERNS!!!
