Gullview Technologies Workload Management Consultant-Contract in Minneapolis, Minnesota
We are looking for someone to assist our client in developing a system of measurement with respect to staffing and resource utilization. This position is expected to run about 6 months.
Requirements
Build the process to measure workload capacity levels
Develop procedures for project estimation and staff levels to complete
Create reporting to monitor monthly resource levels and resource predictions
Develop resource planning tools for measurement of performance to enable analysis of key themes and trends (select and implement tools)
Consult on best practices to drive consistency in resource planning and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Drive changes needed within systems through collaboration with IT and other related resources to advance processes and automation.
Collaborate with business partners across functions to ensure successful project implementation through the deployment of tools, processes, and personnel.
Project management expertise and/or certification in PMI and/or Agile methodologies
Ideally:
Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience executing large, cross functional national and international initiatives
Experience using a continuous improvement framework within business operations such as lean six sigma or similar
Experience within an international organization
Certification in lean, six sigma and/or related methodologies
Strong project and change management capabilities with emphasis on team behavior change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to the appropriate audience
Ability to lead, motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
