Available Shift(s): 2nd & 3rd
Starting Wage: $21.89/hr with increase to job-specific rate upon qualification

Shift Differentials ($0.45/hr for 2nd shift, $0.50/hr for 3rd shift)

We are currently seeking manufacturing candidates for heavy industrial work to join our team in our box plant in Minneapolis, MN. This position is an exciting opportunity to lean all aspects of a corrugated container facility and become qualified to perform any position! This expands your knowledge of the plant and allows your more options in determining your career path forward.
Primary Duties Include:
Safely performing a wide range of tasks to operate manufacturing machinery
Performing quality checks
Producing a product meeting customer specifications and expectations
Ability to lift, push and/or pull 50lbs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift
Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload
Contribute to a collaborative safety culture that drives results.
