As the Executive Director in Home Care you will,
Exceed client family expectations, providing exemplary home-based care
Ensure all staff are oriented/supported to be successful in their job performance
Liaison between, staff, patients, medical community, and referral sources
Operates agency to increase financial performance by meeting the growing home-based care needs in our local communities.

Education & Experience:
Experience:
\* 3 - 5 years relevant, supervisory, management experience
\* Registered Nurse (RN) currently licensed in agency state preferred
