Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Middleton, Wisconsin

Job Description

Responsible for coordinating and performing numerous customer service functions for specific assigned customers efficiently, resulting in excellent customer service.

  • Entry of multiple order types (initial, remake, repair parts etc.)

  • Change/cancel/Out of Spec requests and order statuses

  • Issuing credits to customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service or related experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Hours

  • 9am-5:30pm Monday - Friday

  • Shifts will have to work every other Saturday 9am-3p* Weeks that an employee works on Saturday, they can flex their time to take a day off during the week
