2 main components each with sub assembly 1 builds grippers the metal that 2nd is suture line

Mechanical actions of small parts. Under microscopes, utilizing hot boxes and tippers.

Microscope, tying off cables bonging hooks and markers.

Final Assembly of SGC force gauges, electric screwdrivers, screws, final inspection of internal dimension and must be able to read values. Hot boxes to fuse tip under a microscope. Crimping to ensure cables are together.

Misc Assembly Line 9-10 components that are all standalone stations and larger components. Use of adhesives, fusing hot boxes, mechanical hand tools.

Sleeve Line - automated and multi-tasking.

Boxing group- more temps have been added to the boxing group that creates boxes for shipment and packages. Each shift they package about 120 units.
