NAPA Anesthesia Payroll Administrator (Temp to Perm) in Melville, New York
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing, balancing and controlling earnings, deduction totals, inspecting automated system output such as registers and standard reports, determining and correcting out-of-balance conditions, and gathering payroll data.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for controlling timely and accurate payroll input and process through internal system and external payroll service provider.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Enterprise eTime a plus
Multi-state payroll a plus
Ability to reconcile, audit and problem solve.
Ability to use judgement and initiative.
Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures relative to specific payroll calculations
Strong service orientation and willingness to learn
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.
Strong time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience.
FPC or CPP designation preferred
