Linde is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team located in Marysville, MI. Responsibilities Draft Product Supply Agreements, provide Quotes/RFQ's, as requested Contract price management and entry, pricing dispute resolution, update pricing, fees, surcharges Assist in researching/pulling invoices and POD's, generate usage reports Monitor Blanket Purchase Orders Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems Solves a range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner Communicates clearly and follows up to close the loop on open customer needs Ability to use and manipulate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to track and report customer information as needed High School Diploma or GED required Prior Customer Excellence Center experience is preferred Microsoft Excel skills are preferred Microsoft Word skills are preferred Individual must have strong organizational, and leadership skills, have the ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2023 sales of $33 billion.
