Lockheed Martin Administrative Assistant Senior in Marietta, Georgia

Description: Provides administrative support to the Marietta Legal Office by performing a variety of administrative duties for assigned manager and team. Must have excellent computer skills, including high skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and experience with the Concur travel system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Schedule meetings and conferences as directed. Make travel arrangements and assists with travel expense processing using the Concur application for assigned personnel as required. Assists with document review, indexing, and production, along with reporting preparation. Dispositions records in accordance with established record retention policies.

Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

* 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience;

* Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

* Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules for leaders;

* Experience in travel planning and expense reporting.

Desired Skills:

Personal initiative and proactive approach to formalize processes and streamline operations.

Experience in LM systems (Concur, SharePoint, CALM, etc.)

Experience using Skype, SharePoint, Live Meeting and Video Conferencing

Highly advanced in Microsoft Office applications such as Power Point, Word, Excel, Skype as well as SharePoint.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with all levels of internal/external management.

Prioritization, planning, and organizing multiple calendars and email accounts through Outlook for the Leaders.

A quick learner and confidence to delegate requests to applicable team members.

Works independently in preparing correspondence, letters, and reports.

Use personal initiative to formalize processes and streamline operations.

Manages conference rooms, create and update presentations.
