Job Summary

Responsible for execution of end-to-end recruitment activities and of the implementation of the developed recruitment strategies and programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Manpower Planning and Sourcing: Works with HR Business Partner in reviewing manpower projections and for anticipating future manpower needs.

• Selection and Hiring: Responsible for the evaluation and shortlisting of the most qualified candidates for open positions which involves screening resumes, conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications and skills, and making job offers.

• Talent Onboarding: Responsible for ensuring that the newly hired employees are endorsed for onboarding programs to promote positive employee experience.

• Recruitment Strategies and Reporting: Responsible for implementation of recruitment programs and strategies to promote employer brand, attract talents and strengthen talent pool.

Job Qualifications

• Has experience in end-to-end recruitment process managing high volume of manpower requirements

• Have worked with various levels in the organization.

• Good command of English language skills both in written and oral.

• Good command of computer skills MS Office

• Has a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any business-related course.

• Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility

• Has high analytical and stakeholder management skills

• Background in Construction industry is a plus.
