Robert Half Recruiter in Madison, Wisconsin


Robert Half is always seeking talented Recruiters to support the HR departments of expanding companies in the Madison area. The Recruiter will be concentrating on sourcing for a high volume of open positions which requires attention to detail and experience with the full cycle recruiting process.

The daily responsibilities of the Recruiter may include:

  • Acting as initial contact for candidates applying to open positions

  • Posting open positions both internally and externally

  • Partnering with hiring managers to discuss their recruiting needs and objectives

  • Screening candidate to ensure they meet the company hiring standards and skill sets

  • Preparing offer letters and extending offers

  • Participating in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessments of best practices in recruiting and sources

  • Attending career fairs and virtual recruiting networks

  • Assisting with other HR projects and initiatives as needed, including employee engagement and retention, open enrollment and benefit administration, payroll


  • Strong computer, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience

  • Exposure to working within an HRIS system

  • General understanding of the recruiting cycle
