Aerotek Account Manager in MADISON, Wisconsin


The Inside Sales/Account Manager will be responsible for B2B sales for a biotechnology company. They'll be calling to sell brain health supplements with existing customers. It will involve building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and documenting sales/conversations.

5 Parts to Inside Sales Role

  1. Inbound calls (consumer sales)

  2. Outbound Calls (consumer sales)

  3. Data Entry

  4. Customer Service

  5. Selling to Food and Health Stores (B2B sales)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:


-1+ years of sales exposure (waitress, bartender, shoes sales, retail (anything that is commission or incentive based)

-strong computer skills and be able to multi-task

-Must have previous experience taking and following directions well -Integrity and positive attitude ("Don't take no for an answer")


-2+ years of experience

-Bachelor's degree

-Call center experience

-Any experience in pharma/biotech sales
