Customer Service Representative (Outbound)


Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm


$14.00 per hour. Plenty of room for growth and advancement!

About the position:

Outbound Customer Service Representatives talk with clients and help answer their questions and solve problems, often on a wide array of topics, and are a crucial part in ensuring overall customer satisfaction. They also play an essential role when it comes to identifying what clients want while providing excellent, professional customer service, including diffusing unhappy clients when needed

Must Haves:

  • Good English, clearly spoken written and verbal

  • Will be typing notes out for internal use as well.

  • Willing to be on the phones all day

  • Professional

  • Data transferring,

  • Experienced with doing detailed work. In some way, detail oriented work has to be in their job history

  • Good team player, dependable, good attitude.
