Position Overview: The Clinical Programs (CP) Administrative Assistant will work with the Money Management/ Admin Coordinator to fulfill the tasks required for the Money Management Program. This position with hold responsibility for the Bill Payer Program, including outreach to consumers and volunteers, managing required documents and supporting volunteers. In addition, this position will help manage the day to day functioning of Clinical Programs including creating and managing reports, statistics and support to direct service staff. This position will create and manage reports, as needed, to help apply for and manage grants for our grant funded programs.
Position Responsibilities: Maintain updated lists of computer data related to client status and data collection for any Clinical Programs Department. Assist Clinical staff in requesting needed documents/work related materials as needed. Work with PS staff to complete records and submit DA reports as needed. Provide assistance and support to PS staff in obtaining, organizing, and evaluating case related documents for financial exploitation cases and other areas of abuse as needed. Oversee and manage the day-to-day tasks of the Bill Payer Program including, receiving new referrals, discussing services with consumers, coordinate volunteer match and record keeping. Assist in outreach, hiring, and training Bill Payer volunteers.
Qualifications:
Prior work in Human Services or Customer Services
Ability to organize and follow through on assigned Admin tasks
Proficient in the use of computer systems, including but not limited to, Windows based software application including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills for outreach to professionals, volunteers, and consumers
Provide training to volunteers as needed
Willingness to visit consumers in their homes
Hours 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
