What We Offer * Medical and Dental * 401K Plan * Growth opportunities * Paid Training * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Family owned and operated * Long term job security * Health and wellness As a Lot Manager, your main objective is to coordinate with the sales managers, detail crew, and lot attendants to ensure all incoming new and used vehicles are ready for the lot within 5 business days.  This includes PDI/UCI/TDI, detailing, reconditioning, and photos taken and uploaded to the website.  The following is a comprehensive list of Lot Manager responsibilities that are to be completed with a high level of service, efficiency, and integrity. * Ensure that all new and used cars are ready for the lot within 5 business days.  This includes, PDI/UCI/TDI, detail, reconditioning, photos taken and uploaded to the website. * Reposition all vehicles left in front of building every morning to clear customer parking * Daily maintenance of showroom vehicles’ cleanliness including:* Dusting * Remove fingerprints as needed * Clean glass * Maintain organization of new and used inventory on lot, proper models aligned in rows * Maintain organization of all keys in keytrak machine* Incoming vehicles’ keys should be properly identified with stock labels & entered into respective keytrak machine * All keys found on desks should be put back in keytrak * Ensure all lease turn-in keys are entered into keytrak machine * Ensure all vehicles on lot are clean, including but not limited to:* Vacuum * Clean glass * No bugs on front of vehicle * Clean brake dust from wheels * Clean exterior * Ensure all vehicles maintain proper fuel level, no gas lights on * Maintain lot cleanliness, including but not limited to:* Remove trash and/or debris from service drive, showroom, café, front of building, and across the lot * Sweep rocks, leaves, etc from lot * Miscellaneous lot errands including but not limited to:* Drop off & pick up dealer trade vehicles * Drop off & pick up vehicles from body shop * Drop off & pick up cars from vendors * Drop off & pick up customer’s cars when necessary * Drive sold vehicles to Sheriff for inspections * Receive vehicle deliveries from truckers * Ensure all incoming vehicles receive:* Window stickers * Buyers guide * Front & rear license plates and frames (if needed) * Certified pre-owned stickers (if needed) * Stock stickers on windshield * Windshield tags (if needed) * UCI/PDI/TDI * Clean-up, detail, photo, lot prep before parking on lot * Ensure no vehicle on lot has expired registration tags and install new registration stickers and plates immediately * Ensure showroom vehicles are started regularly, jumpstart and/or charge batteries as needed * Coordinate rotation of inventory on all display pods weekly (per brand manager’s instruction) * Coordinate rotation of inventory in rows on a regular basis (per brand manager’s instruction) * Obtain current mileage on all new & used lot vehicles on a regular basis * Prepare for weekly sheriff’s inspections:* Ensure all vehicles are prepared for inspection no later than 9 am * Move inspection vehicles to front of showrooms * Put current mileage on title copies * Ensure copies of titles are on the dashboard * Ensure keys are located where lot staff can access them when sheriff arrives * Re-park all vehicles in designated rows following inspections * Ensure cones are in proper positions * Train porters how to properly wash and prepare a car for customer delivery after service The responsibilities of this position are subject to change at the discretion of the senior management team.
