The Walt Disney Company Project Manager, Print Design in Los Angeles, California


FX Networks is seeking a Project Manager of Print Design to oversee key art development including project workflow, timelines, budgets, and final delivery. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in project management processes and collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Oversee key art development including project workflow, timelines, budgets, and final delivery of files.

  • Communicate project scope, milestones, creative direction, production specs, OOH grids and feedback to internal teams and agencies.

  • Manage delivery of digital presentations and assets to/from agencies.

  • Act as gatekeeper for final key art, gallery and media guide files, including distribution of files.

  • Establish schedules, designate resources and distribute project assets for all internal design requests.

  • Manage all legal agreements with external partners, as well as legal approvals for key art projects.

  • Oversee key art submission for industry awards such as Promax, Clios and Graphics.


  • Four year college degree required.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at a creative agency, network/streaming service or studio as a project manager or creative producer.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • Effective reasoning skills required for managing project scope, overlapping schedules and limited budgets.

  • Proficiency in MAC, Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and Adobe Suite. Experience with Photoshop and InDesign a plus.

  • Must have ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities, deadlines and daily time constraints.

  • Must be a highly organized, detailed, and solution-orientated.

  • Able to work well under pressure and with various personalities tactfully.
