Description:

• Be responsible for all procurement initiatives for Australia and New Zealand

• Review and drive execution of contracts with a focus on commercial terms: pricing, payment terms, volume commitments, rebates, etc; liaise with the legal team in the execution of agreements

• Navigate internal stakeholders to follow procurement process and compliance, Support New vendor onboarding

• Collaborate with the sourcing managers to ensure strategy development is aligned and lead execution of projects across the entire sourcing lifecycle: identification of needs, spend analysis, supplier market analysis, RFx, scorecard development, pricing analysis, and cost modeling, commercial negotiations, finalization of MSAs and SOWs

• Manage stakeholder expectations through the lifecycle of sourcing projects, effectively communicate the status and results of projects across the organization including to key stakeholders, senior management, and suppliers

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of sourcing/ indirect procurement experience

• Understanding of P2P holistically, including some P2P tools

• Communicative and great responsiveness, frequent use of Slack/other chat tools

• Being proactive and flexible, cooperative with internal/external stakeholders

• Eagerness to quickly learn

Must be able to work Australian Time Zone Hours (GMT +10)
