KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Client Experience to join our Audit Growth organization.


  • Execute on the completion of certain elements of the CX strategy at the account level through regular interactions with the client team

  • Oversee the administration of the CX program and client profile in the CX database (CX assessments, assignment and completion of action items)

  • Support the development of CX plans that prioritize client needs, account team goals and drive client demand, focused on tailored and measurable account-based impact and client experience initiatives (client events, collateral, share forums, digital and social programs)

  • Develop an understanding of CX needs and preferences on a portfolio of accounts through active collaboration with the client team, in addition to other relevant sources (market intelligence, industry briefs)

  • Gain familiarity with Accelerators that need to be executed at a portfolio level that will have maximum impact on the account's relationship strength, growth goals and retention

  • Apply an understanding of the firm brand, solutions, corporate assets, industry trends and data driven insights to drive demonstrable growth for each portfolio of accounts


  • Minimum two years of recent experience in a related role desired, such as operational or relationship management, coordination of strategic initiatives or relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

  • Progressive and strategic account management experience on large global or complex accounts

  • Portfolio-based project management, marketing strategy experience, including the development and implementation of measurable strategies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in at least one CRM system: Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, relational databases
