Job Description

This is a new role within the TTS In-Business Risk organization, a global organization of 150+ professionals located in every region and in most countries in which we operate. Working under the supervision and direction of the global TTS-In Business Risk, Regulatory and Controls Program Management Office Manager, this role will work closely with the Global TTS COO team to manage the tasks and responsibilities associated with the planning, coordination, tracking and reporting of resource requirements of the global In-Business Risk organization across all Products and geographies. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Leading/coordinating the implementation of the headcount management tool and related processes across all Products and geographies, including the review of headcount requests and tracking requisition status.

  • Participating in a project to create a new financial reporting hierarchy to ring-fence the TTS In-Business Risk organization, ensuring accuracy of the data.

  • Designing, creating and producing weekly/monthly headcount reports; production of reports, analyzing the information, drawing conclusions and recommendations.

  • Participating in regular headcount forecasting activities, working with Finance to prepare roll-forward plans and waterfall charts.

  • Ad hoc and special projects related to resourcing and reporting for the TTS In-Business Risk organization.

  • Partnering with TTS In-Business Risk Heads to ensure resourcing processes are in compliance with CEMP, TPM and other Citi Policy standards.

  • Supporting internal queries from project/hiring managers and TTS In-Business Risk and the ICG Transformation management team relating to projects/program resourcing; liaising with ICG Resourcing team and ensuring that inputs provided from TTS are of an acceptable quality.

  • Effectively communicating with key stakeholders both internal and external to TTS In-Business Risk; developing and delivering presentations to senior management covering project and program recruitment activity, data analytics and trends.

While there are core activities and daily tasks to handle, the role is re-active and will be required to respond to a variety of tight turnaround requests from key stakeholders.

Over time the candidate will be expected to develop a detailed and extensive understanding of the strategy, roles, responsibilities, projects and initiatives of the TTS In-Business Risk teams and leverage this knowledge to ensure that the planning, coordination, tracking and reporting of resource requirements of the global In-Business Risk organization is aligned to the business need.


  • Relevant experience of working on finance / controls / regulatory related roles, preferably on projects

  • Experience of working in a process-driven environment

  • Experience of working in a heavily controls-focused environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines

  • A highly motivated, resilient individual with a strong track record of high performance

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively; ability to prioritize is key as is the ability to juggle several priority tasks at once

  • Experience in preparing and delivering senior executive-level presentations, superior Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables and commonly used logical, lookup and reference formulas in MS Excel

  • Ability to seamlessly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues.

  • Appropriate experience and strong delivery track record is essential

  • College/university degree education preferred

  • Accounting/ Financial Services background preferred
