Job Description

We are seeking an experienced consulting professional with expertise in business intelligence, industry best practices, and technology design. Your role will involve leveraging your skills to deliver high-quality solutions that empower our clients to improve outcomes and decision-making processes.

Career Level - IC3

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop reports and dashboards tailored to client needs within a healthcare setting.

  • Willing to travel to client site as required.

  • Apply your deep understanding of reporting tools and frameworks to implement Oracle reporting products and technologies.

  • Operate independently to deliver quality work products that meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Lead and interact with clients and management.

  • Handle complex tasks and make independent decisions to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Participates in business development activities.

  • Train Internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in business intelligence and report development.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare reporting requirements and workflows.

  • Ability to independently manage projects, solve problems, and deliver high-quality results.

  • Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools is a plus.
