Responsible for the daily shift operation of Housekeeping, Laundry & The Club in the absence of the Executive Head Housekeeper. Directs and works with associates to ensure hotel guestrooms, public space and associate areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. Position assists in ensuring guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.

Education or Certification
- Ideally a Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration.
