LiveRamp is currently ramping up its Safe Haven business globally. Safe Haven is an extremely successful Data Connectivity platform that is growing at a rapid pace. The product has already seen great success with Brands and Retailers and we are looking for a Head of Strategic Accounts to manage these relationships.

This is a one year fixed term contract with possibility of extension.


  • You will define a clear strategy for brands and retailers to adopt Safe Haven as a key asset to drive their business forward.

  • Simplify value proposition on Safe Haven platform for brands and retailers to create natural partnerships with their partners.

  • Product requirements and development - You’ll work with the rest of the Global Safe Haven team, along with the Technology, Product, and Field Strategy Teams to map out what future products are needed and develop roadmaps for these products.

  • You will be responsible for Go To Market and pricing of the overall product and ensure product adoption.

  • Work with LiveRamp’s product team to ensure we build products that create value for brands and retailers

  • Work closely with engineering, design, business development, marketing and stakeholders across LiveRamp on strategic initiatives

  • Optimize existing processes and ensuring the successful growth of the program

  • Excellent project management skills - must be able to track work streams across various stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Remarkably strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial. You should be able to quickly identify and triage opportunities and should be able to take an initiative from idea to finished product/partnership.

  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally at the executive level - you’ll frequently be providing updates to our Senior Leadership Team.

  • Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship - you’re ready to tackle the role from day 1.

  • Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).

  • Willingness to travel.
