Aston Carter Vehicle Titling Specialist in Livermore, California

Description:

Processes and completes all documentation necessary to perfect liens on vehicle titles used as security by performing the following duties and functions. Responsible for handling most complex titling issues including all U.S. States. • Contacts dealers and members by telephone, direct computer access, or letter to resolve titling issues. Follows up on pending titles not received within the appropriate timeframes. Processes DMV Helpdesk tickets within the credit union’s time expectancy and responds to questions/ requests from staff and members. • Prepares and responds to all payoff request from dealer, members, and financial Institution. Processes the daily mail and filing to include notating detailed notes in FDI/Dealertrack. Work closely with Collections Department on reposed vehicles which includes title request • Maintains safekeeping of all original paper titles; maintains files on title documentation. Scans/store and submit paper title to FDI/Dealertrack for the title release process. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the credit union’s products and services. • Understand and comply with applicable Federal and State laws, banking regulations and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures. • Preform other lending or related duties as assigned
