We are actively hiring for a new Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team! Compensation may be adjusted based on skills and/or experience. Training will be provided. Also, opportunity for advancement will be available within the finance department. This position is located in Lexington, KY.

salary: $22 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable:

• New Vendor Additions – requesting W-9 forms

• 1099 Forms

• Purchase Order Creation and Fulfillment

• Paying Company Bills

• Invoice Cataloging

• Credit Department Reconciling Vendor Statements

• Reconciling American Express Statements every month

• Reconciling Vendor Statements

• Concur- Employee Expense Reports for Reimbursement

Payroll 60+ Employees

• ADP Bi-Weekly

• New Hire – On Boarding Documents

• Off Boarding Employees

• Insurance and 401K Withholdings

• Medical Leave Tracking

• Time Sheets for Field and Shop Technicians

Vehicle Management

• 10 Pickup Trucks

• 7 Box Trucks

• Leased and Owned

• Renewing License Tags

• Mileage Updates and Tracking

Skills

• Accounts Payable
